These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Curvelle mobile application (the "App") provided by Curvelle ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Curvelle provides workout tracking, hypertrophy programming guidance, and AI-assisted nutrition estimates for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. AI calorie and macro estimates are approximate and may not be accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek help if you experience pain or discomfort. You use the App and follow any program at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.

Intellectual property

The App and its content, features, and branding are owned by Curvelle and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Payments, billing, and renewals are handled through the applicable app store, and are subject to that store's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curvelle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
